Two cited for alcohol related charges in Darlington

Early Sunday morning 23-year-old Hugo R. Flores of Shullsburg was arrested on Highway 23 in Darlington Township for Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense). Flores’ passenger, 18-year-old Jefferson Villalobo of Shullsburg was cited for Underage Possession/Consumption of Intoxicants. Flores was released to a responsible party. Flores was also cited for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed, Possession of Open Intoxicants, and Operating Without a Valid License.
