Area residents are invited to ‘A Day on the Farm’ in southwest Wisconsin. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 18 at University of Wisconsin-Platteville’s Pioneer Farm. The open house-style event features self-guided farm tours, robotic milker viewing, sprayer applicator simulator, educational displays, petting zoo and kids’ activities. Attendees will learn about agriculture and the food supply chain.
