A Dubuque health care provider will hold an annual Halloween event next week. Wendt Regional Cancer Center will hold its fifth Trunk or Treat event from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at Delhi Medical Center. According to a press release, the trunk-or-treat event is a family-friendly, walk-through, indoor event.
