Police said a crash in Dubuque resulted in four people, including two children, being taken to a hospital Friday. 43-year-old Beverly T. Hilang of Dubuque, and her two minor passengers of Dubuque, were transported by EMS to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. According to a police crash report, the other driver involved, 58-year-old Nicholas E. Hosch of Dubuque, complained of injury and was taken by his spouse to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center, the report states. The crash happened at about 5:50 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Radford and Chavenelle roads. The report states Hilang exited a private driveway onto Radford Road, attempting to cross Chavenelle Road when she “did not yield the right of way” to Hosch, who was driving west on Chavenelle Road. Hosch’s vehicle hit the passenger front side of Hilang’s vehicle. Hilang was cited with unsafe entry onto a roadway.
