A Muscoda man has been formally charged with felony murder for causing the death of a man in Richland County. A criminal complaint has been filed against 56-year-old Judd Allen Frazier following a death investigation of a man in rural Richland County, according to a press release. Frazier faces charges of felony murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Deputies from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical call on Sept. 29, discovering a man’s body at the scene. The investigation revealed a physical altercation on Sept. 26 involving the victim, leading to the charges against Frazier. Frazier was arrested on Oct. 1 by the Boscobel Police Department on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant. He is currently held at the Richland County Sheriff’s Office jail.
