Police said a man displayed a knife during a disturbance this summer in Dubuque. 33-year-old Jacob L. Marcov of Albia, Iowa, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Monday in Dyersville on warrants charging assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and child endangerment. Court documents state that Marcov was involved in a disturbance in the early morning hours of Aug. 27 at a residence in the area of Rhomberg Avenue and Stafford Street. Marcov kicked an individual in the knee and then grabbed a pocketknife from a table and displayed it toward the individual. Marcov then left the area.
