Sunday evening the Grant County Communications Center received a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle that was all over the road and almost struck an oncoming vehicle head on. A Grant County Deputy located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 35 near Porter’s Bridge, in Beetown. 61-year-old Timothy Mumm of Cassville, was placed under arrest for OWI 2nd offense. Mumm was also cited for operating while revoked and operating left of center. Mumm was later released to a responsible party.
