Early Sunday morning Lafayette County Sheriffs arrested 26-year-old Axel R. Cayetano-Ramirez of Monroe for OWI – 2nd Offense and Operating without a Valid License – 3rd Offense. Cayetano was arrested and transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond
