Early Tuesday morning 26-year-old Quinn T. Allbee of Blanchardville was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense and Operating After Revocation on Highway 81 in Elk Grove Township. Allbee was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released to a responsible party. Allbee was also cited for Possession of Controlled Substance.
