City of Dubuque officials seek the public’s help in obtaining information about a dog involved in a biting incident Friday, Dec. 26. The incident happened at about 8 p.m. in the 900 block of Kane Street. According to a press release, the dog is described as 30 to 40 pounds with long brown hair. The dog was being walked by a woman when it got loose and attacked another leashed dog, biting the other dog’s owner. Officials ask that anyone with information about the incident contact the Health Services Department.
