Phones are still down for Emplify Health by Gundersen Boscobel Area. According to a social media post yesterday, inbound calls to Emplify Health’s Boscobel locations (hospital, family medicine clinic and specialty clinic) are not going through due to the widespread Brightspeed service outage. Last Wednesday, Emplify was advised that Verizon had identified the issue on their circuit but has not been able to pinpoint the location of the problem. Verizon has a senior engineer continuing to investigate and isolate the exact location of the issue. In the meantime, to contact Boscobel locations, call the Fennimore of Muscoda Clinic to be transferred to the department you are trying reach.
