Emplify Health by Gundersen is once again experiencing issues with its phone service. Some inbound calls to their Boscobel locations (hospital, family medicine clinic and specialty clinic) are not going through due to another Brightspeed service outage. Until the issue is resolved, patients are asked to call the Emplify Health Fennimore Clinic or Emplify Health Muscoda Clinic for assistance. After clinic hours, callers may press #3 to reach the main hospital switch board. For more information, visit gundersenhealth.org. This service outage is after only two days of service following the last multi-day outage.
