Two injured in tractor vs. car crash

Two people were injured following a crash between a car and a tractor in Paris Township. Tuesday afternoon,  the Grant County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a car vs. farm tractor rollover crash, on Hwy 35/61, near Badgerland Auto, in Paris Township. 28-year-old Shawn Dietzel of Cuba City, was operating a farm tractor northbound on Hwy 35/61s. At the same time, 74-year-old Gary Ledbury of Potosi, was also traveling northbound. Ledbury did not see the tractor in front of him, and his vehicle collided with the rear end of the tractor, causing the tractor to roll into the ditch and onto it’s side. Both Dietzel and Ledbury were transported to hospitals due to injuries sustained during the crash.  This crash remains under investigation. Dickeyville EMS, Dickeyville Fire Department, Potosi EMS, and Jamestown First Responders assisted at the scene.
