Southwestern and Waterloo won their WIAA State Girls Volleyball semifinal matches Friday at the Resch Center in Green Bay.
Michelle Budden had 32 kills to lead the Wildcats to a Division Four semifinal win against Hilbert.
Southwestern won in five sets, 25-20, 22-25, 25-12, 20-25, 16-14.
The Wildcats will face defending Division Four champion Newman Catholic in the championship match Saturday morning at 9.
In the Division Three semifinal, Waterloo swept Howards Grove, 25-22, 25-23, 25-19.
Madeline Mosher had 21 kills and Hailey Chittenden had 13 for the Pirates who will play Marathon for the WIAA Division Three championship at 11:30 am Saturday at the Resch Center.
Platteville was defeated in the Division Two semifinals. Catholic Memorial swept the Hillmen 25-19 , 25-23 , 25-19.
