Darlington Police arrested 18 year old Michael Frechette on Tuesday around 1:30 PM. According to the Darlington Police Department, Frechette was arrested for operating while under the influence of marijuana- 2nd offense, and possession of THC. Frechette was taken to the Lafayette County Jail, where he was booked on his charges and later released to a responsible party. Frechette was also cited for possessing drug paraphernalia.
