Classes are resuming today at Neal Wilkins Early Learning Center in Platteville after a gas leak was discovered, forcing an evacuation of the school building. The gas leak was discovered outside of the school at about 9 a.m. Tuesday. Students were bused to Westview Elementary School where classes were held and the school’s 240 students had lunch. The gas leak was repaired and students will return today to Neal Wilkins.
