The Dubuque Sheriff’s Office said deputies arrested a Dodgeville man after they found meth, a small amount of marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop. Deputies stopped 33-year-old Tyson Wahlen around 3am Tuesday for speeding on Highway 61 near Lake Eleanor Road. During the stop, a sheriff’s office K9 reportedly detected the presence of drugs in the car. Deputies found almost 1.3-pounds of meth, marijuana and a digital scale. Wahlen faces charges of possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts. He also was cited with two counts of speeding and for not having a valid driver’s license.
