It will be up to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to decide whether 234-thousands registered voters will have their names purged from the voter rolls before this year’s elections. The Wisconsin Court of Appeals declined to take on the case Tuesday. A judge in Ozaukee County ordered the names to be removed last month. In many cases, registered voters have moved, but failed to update their addresses. Another judge is set to decide next week whether to hold the Wisconsin Election Commission in contempt because it is following last month’s ruling.
