WIAC Decides To Cancel Fall Sports

Collegiate sports took another hit on Monday amid the coronavirus pandemic. Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference officials have made an announcement that conference seasons and championships in football, women’s soccer, women’s volleyball, plus men’s and women’s cross country are canceled for this coming year. All WIAC competition for women’s tennis and women’s golf will be suspended for the fall – but those two sports will be moved to the spring. The conference said a decision regarding the winter sports season will be determined later.
