Authorities have released a few more details about a truck fire that closed part of a Grant County highway. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, crews were first called to the semi-tractor trailer blaze about 11:40am Monday. The semi and empty trailer along Highway 151 just north of the Dubuque-Wisconsin Bridge are considered a complete loss. Officials with the Wisconsin State Patrol say the fire started for an “unknown reason.” The semi’s driver, who was not identified, was not hurt in the fire – no other injuries were reported. Both lanes of Highway 151 were closed for around an hour Monday, before crews opened one lane. Traffic was back to normal by 2:30 Monday afternoon.
