American Airlines is suspending service to 15 cities across the nation – including Dubuque. The suspension is scheduled for October 7th thru November 3rd at smaller markets in the US. That will mean no service at Dubuque Regional Airport for four weeks this fall. The move is being made as a result of low demand and the expiration of the air service requirements associated with the CARES Act. American Airlines said in a release that it’ll continue to reassess plans for these and other markets.
