Wisconsin’s 7-day rolling average for COVID-19 cases continues to rise – hitting a new high for 2021 on Monday. According to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, the rolling average is now 3,120 – marking the first time this year that figure has topped 31-hundred. DHS confirmed almost 17-hundred new cases of the coronavirus Monday. Wisconsin’s percent positivity has reached more than 11%. About 59% of the state’s population has received at least their first COVID-19 vaccine – and 56% of residents have completed the series.
