Two people are facing drug charges following a traffic stop in Prairie du Chien. Police say an officer pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation around 7pm November 20th. Prairie du Chien Police say the driver provided a false name to the officer and a K9 unit was called to the scene. The K9 officer detected the presence of controlled substances. A search of the vehicle turned up several grams of meth, as well as marijuana and various items of drug paraphernalia. Police identified the driver as 25-year-old Zoe Thibadeau of West Union, Iowa, and a passenger as a 39-year-old Andrew Quinn of Harmony, Minnesota. The two were arrested on active out of state warrants. They also face charges of possession of meth, possession of drug parapharnalia and obstructing an officer.
