Dodgeville Arrest Late Wednesday

A Dodgeville man was arrested late Wednesday after an incident along West Chapel Street in Dodgeville. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office reports that authorities were called around 11:45pm for a disturbance in progress. Dodgeville Police and Iowa County Deputies responded to the scene. Following an investigation, 57-year-old John Hlavac was arrested on charges of domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct. Hlavac was taken to the Iowa County Jail and booked on his charges.
