Lancaster City Council has approved wage increases for most city staff. Council members unanimously approved the wage increases for all non-union, non-library employees effective January 1st. Negotiations are ongoing with the Wisconsin Professional Police Association, which represents patrol officers. With a few exceptions, full- and part-time non-represented city employees are receiving a 4.5% wage increase.
