A woman from Platteville was arrested by Dubuque Police Tuesday. 40 year old Nicole Fiedler was arrested around 4am Tuesday in the area of Central Avenue and West Fifth Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated.
