A man from Cuba City was involved in a two-vehicle crash in Dubuque in which one person was injured. 58 year old Sandra Beauchamp of Dubuque was taken by ambulance to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. According to Dubuque police, 22 year old Jakob Heins of Cuba City was driving north on Locust Street around 2:30 p.m. Saturday when Beauchamp’s vehicle on Loras Boulevard ran a red light at the intersection, causing the vehicles to collide. Beauchamp was cited with failure to respond to a steady red signal.
