Madison Man Arrested For OWI in Iowa County

Law enforcement officials in Iowa County received a report of a vehicle that went into the ditch Thursday around 4pm on Highway 18-151 near Mile Marker 55 in Ridgeway township. Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Ridgeway Marshall’s office responded. No injuries were reported. Law enforcement made contact with the driver and investigated the incident. As a result, the driver, 58 year old Vadim Klenchin, of Madison was arrested and charged with Operating While Under the Influence, and Failure to Keep His Vehicle Under Control. Klenchin was taken to the Iowa County Jail and booked on the charges, and currently remains in custody.
