A record Mega Millions jackpot may be in play after no ticket matched all winning numbers in Friday night’s drawing. Lottery officials say the estimated $1.55 billion grand prize – about $757.2 million if the lump sum cash option is chosen – could potentially be the largest jackpot in Mega Millions’ history during the next drawing Tuesday night at 10 p.m. A record Mega Millions jackpot of around $1.53 billion was won in South Carolina in 2018.
