A woman from South Wayne is facing charges for her second offense of OWI. 64 year old Kathleen Kay of South Wayne was arrested on Tuesday, August 8th, around 9:55 AM, for second offense operating while intoxicated following a hit and run crash investigation on Catherine Street.
