Multiple first responder agencies in Iowa County responded Thursday to reports of a man trampled by a steer. According to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office, the Iowa County 911 Center received a call just before 10 a.m. Thursday saying a 72-year-old man on a farm on County Highway BB near Ridgeway had been hit by a bull, which led to the man also hitting a metal gate. The man was flown to University Hospital in Madison via MedFlight with serious injuries. Ridgeway Fire, Ridgeway First Responders, Dodgeville EMS, and MedFlight responded to the scene.
