Authorities say one person was injured in a one-vehicle crash Saturday in Jo Daviess County. 19 year old Emma Walters of Elizabeth was taken by ambulance to Midwest Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. The Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Department says that Walters was driving north on South Derinda Road at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday. After driving through the intersection of South Derinda Road and U.S. Highway 20, Walters drove off of the paved portion of U.S. Highway 20 because of the heavy fog.
