Police said law-enforcement agencies spent more than four hours at a property near Dubuque after the execution of a warrant this morning. Dubuque Police Department Lt. Brendan Welsh said officers executed the warrant at 9860 Katie Cove. The operation was related to an ongoing investigation and the Dubuque police were assisted by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department and the Dubuque Drug Task Force, Welsh said. A police tactical entry team was used to conduct an initial search for people at the property, which Welsh described as “a large compound.” Welsh said officers had cleared that scene at about 1:30 p.m., more than four hours after the start of the operation. Three people were arrested at the scene. 46-year-old Nathan Stark was arrested at 9:24 a.m. at his residence on a charge of interference with official acts. 36-year-old Sean Kramer 50-year-old and Tammy S. Tittle both were arrested at the Katie Cove residence on warrants unrelated to today’s investigation. Welsh said additional charges are anticipated in the case.
