A new trial date has been set for a Wisconsin resident charged with attempted murder after he allegedly fired a gun at another man during a Dubuque disturbance. 49-yuear-old Kenneth Moore of Monroe is charged in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County with attempted murder, going armed with intent, control of a firearm by a felon and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. He has pleaded not guilty. Moore’s new trial date is April 9. The trial previously was set to begin Tuesday, Feb. 20. The charges stem from an altercation on Stafford St in Dubuque on August 4th.
