Police said a Dubuque woman brandished a knife during a domestic disturbance. 36-year-old Katrina Kline, 36, of Dubuque was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Thursday at her residence on charges of domestic assault with use or display of a weapon and first-degree harassment. Court documents state that officers responded to Kline’s Hill Street residence at about 4 p.m. Thursday for a report of a verbal disturbance. There, officers met with Kline’s boyfriend, 28-year-old Kentrell Powell, who reported he and Kline had argued over his use of her credit card. While speaking with officers, Powell told police that Kline had “poked (him) with a knife” and that he had a small, puncture-like injury to his right hand.
