City of Platteville Looks Forward to Continued Lease for Library Space

The City of Platteville announced Tuesday the continuation of its lease for the library space located within the Platteville Hotel Partners, LLC property. This partnership, which has been successfully maintained for the past eight years, will carry on. While the owners group, Platteville Hotel Partners, LLC, explored the possibility of donating the library space to the city at the end of 2023, they were unable to secure the necessary authorization from their lien underwriter. Despite this, the commitment to a fruitful relationship remains strong.
