Platteville Fireworks, Postponed From Last Week, To Be Held This Saturday

Platteville will host a make-up fireworks display Saturday, July 13, after inclement weather caused organizers to cancel the event last week. The event will be held at Legion Field in Platteville starting at 5 p.m. with food and beer stands and ice cream. Kids’ activities will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m., with live music scheduled for 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. After a performance of the national anthem at 9:40 p.m., fireworks will begin at dusk.
