The former Dubuque Priest accused of sexual abuse has had his case dismissed by a judge on Monday. Reverend Leo Riley was charged with five counts of second-degree sexual abuse going back to the 1980s. His charges were dismissed due to the statute of limitations having expired. Riley had pled not guilty to the charges.
