The National Weather Service in La Crosse has confirmed That an EF-1 tornado did touch down near Kieler during Monday night’s storms. The NWS said the tornado touched down briefly starting at 6:14 p.m. Wind speeds were estimated to be 90 miles per hour. The tornado caused tree and structural damage near County Road H. The NWS said the tornado lasted for 1 minute. The storm tore the roof off the Village Bar Supper Club in Kieler. No injuries were reported.
