Dodgeville man arrested for meth

On Firday at 6:00 PM Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 18-151 near Mile Marker 58 in Brigham Township. Iowa County K-9 Sam was requested at the scene. 61-year-old John E Gatlin  of Dodgeville was subsequently arrested and charged with Felony Bail Jumping, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Gatlin was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on the charges and currently remains.
