Just before 11 AM this morning (Wednesday) a Grant County Deputy spotted a vehicle driving 83mph on Highway 18 in Wingville. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, 27-year-old Fredy Sanchez Serrano of Cobb, was arrested for driving without a license 4th offense, speeding, and no vehicle insurance. The case has been referred to the Grant County District Attorney’s Office.
