The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of 35 year old Olvin Avila-Ortez of Belmont around 2:35am Tuesday. Avila-Ortez was arrested for Operating after Revocation, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and Bail Jumping. Avila-Ortez was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
