Hay Bales Catch On Fire While Being Transported

The Iowa County Communication Center received a report of several fully engulfed hay bales on fire that were being transported on a trailer on County Road K near Quail Ridge Drive near Barveveld Wednesday around 12:15pm. The Barneveld Fire Department, Barneveld EMS, and an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the scene. The fire was extinguished and the vehicle that was pulling the trailer left the scene without any fire damage.
