A Richland Center man died Sunday evening after a motorcycle crash south of Yuba in Richland County. Sheriff’s officials say the crash was reported around 5:12 PM along County Highway C. An investigation found that 35-year-old Joseph Palfrey was traveling north when his motorcycle hit a bump in the road, causing him to lose control. Palfrey was ejected from the motorcycle. Life-saving measures were performed, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
