Police said a motorcyclist was injured Thursday in a collision with a city bus. 50-year-old Jamie J. Doyle of Dubuque, sustained minor injuries and was transported to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital. The incident occurred at around 7 p.m. at the intersection of John F. Kennedy Road and Northwest Arterial. The report states that 63-year-old Zlatko Odobasic of Dubuque, was operating a city bus and driving northbound on JFK. He failed to obey a red stoplight while attempting to turn right onto Northwest Arterial and struck Doyle, who was traveling eastbound on that road. Odobasic was cited with failure to obey a steady red signal.
