School Bus Hits Deer in Lafayette County

Authorities in Lafayette County say a school bus hit a deer Friday in Shullsburg Township. According to a report, the driver, 41 year old Katrina Linnemann of Pearl City, Illinois reported the incident at around 9:35 a.m. Friday. The incident occurred on Lafayette County Highway P. No injuries were reported and all the occupants of the bus were moved to a second school bus and driven away from the scene.
