The Green County Humane Society is providing hurricane relief after taking in 12 dogs from shelters in Tennessee and Florida. Volunteers with the humane society hit the road Saturday and loaded up their vans. Their first stop was the Kenosha Airport where they loaded up six dogs impacted by Hurricane Milton. The next stop was Milwaukee where they brought in six dogs from Hurricane Helene. The shelter is offering discounted prices for their Empty the Shelter event.
