Dubuque man arrested and assaults officer

31-year-old Diquan C. Frazier of Dubuque, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Jackson Street on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, interference with official acts and assault on persons in certain occupations with injury, as well as warrants charging domestic assault, obstruction of emergency communication and violation of a no-contact order. Court documents state that Frazier slammed a car door on the hand of a Dubuque Police Department officer when being apprehended.
