Tigerton man arrested in Iowa County for at least his 7th OWI

On Tuesday just before 10 PM The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a 2-vehicle motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 14 and County Road K in the Township of Arena. Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies, Arena EMS and Arena Fire responded to the scene. There were no injuries reported resulting from the crash. 65-year-old James E Greely of Tigerton was arrested on the charge of Operating While Under the Influence (7th, 8th or 9th). Greely was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he remains at this time. Gauger’s and Wegner’s assisted with removing the vehicles from the scene.
