The new Dubuque Regional Humane Society executive director resigned less than a month after his first day in the position. Bob Citrullo “made the decision to resign due to unforeseen personal circumstances,” said DRHS Board Chair Amy Wagner in an emailed statement. Citrullo stepped into the role on Nov. 11, replacing Noelle Chesney, who served as executive director beginning in 2021.
